Here at Integrated Interventions, being able to craft a solid team is vital to the success and well being of each and every one of our students. This team usually consists of program staff, the student's parents/guardians, education consultant, and therapist. Each member of the team is valued and necessary to the continued growth and success of our students both in and out of the program.
As far as Integrated's role goes, it starts the moment the student walks through the door. During the assessment piece of our program, we are learning and absorbing who we are working with and what their struggles are. We then take that information we've gathered, partnered with the knowledge of the parents and begin customizing a treatment plan that is tailored for the individual. This includes the most conducive living environment, place of employment, and most importantly who they will be mentoring with. As each student continues their journey with us, parents will have scheduled calls with a Program Director for an update on their loved one, and we will continue to keep therapists and education consultants a part of the conversation as well.
While the bulk of the student interactions lie with Integrated, different parts of the team get different looks at our students. Each one of these looks is a partial truth, that when brought together through the team, allows everyone to gain a more accurate and comprehensive perspective of our students.
