LENS neurofeedback
LENS Neurotherapy is a gentle, non-invasive neurofeedback approach that supports the brain’s natural ability to regulate and heal itself. Unlike traditional neurofeedback methods that rely on active participation or reward-based training, LENS works by mirroring the brain’s own activity back to it, allowing the nervous system to recognize and release inefficient or “stuck” patterns.
Often described as “road work for the brain,” LENS helps clear disruptions in neural pathways so the brain can communicate more smoothly and efficiently. This process supports neuroplasticity, allowing the brain to adapt, reorganize, and function at a higher level.
Sessions are brief and effortless, with no tasks, learning, or performance required. LENS is commonly used to support challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, mood changes, trauma responses, attention difficulties, sleep disruptions, and certain physical symptoms.
At Integrated Interventions, LENS Neurotherapy is offered as an optional therapeutic service and is part of our comprehensive Nervous System Reset program.
