Laura Flannery
Program Director

Laura Flannery’s passion for mental health and team-based support began in 2011 while studying at North Idaho College, where she first explored courses in psychology and human development. Recognizing her natural affinity for working collaboratively and helping others grow, she went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership with a concentration in Communication from Arizona State University.
In 2018, Laura joined Integrated Interventions as a mentor, where her dedication, leadership, and deep commitment to client success quickly stood out. Over the years, she advanced through key roles—first as Program Coordinator and then as Program Director in 2023. She brings a strength-based, person-centered approach to her work and is passionate about helping young adults build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. In addition to her leadership role, Laura is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA), further expanding her knowledge and capacity to lead in the behavioral health field.
Originally from a farming community in Minnesota, Laura has always been drawn to nature and adventure. She relocated to North Idaho in 2005 and continues to enjoy the outdoors through horseback riding, camping, hiking, skiing, and frisbee golf. Laura remains committed to ongoing professional and personal growth and plays an integral role in fostering a supportive, transformative environment for both clients and staff at Integrated Interventions.
