ANGUS BEAIRD

PROGRAM DIRECTOR | TEXAS

     Angus Beaird is the Program Director for Integrated Interventions in New Braunfels, Texas. His career in mental health began during his military service. He served 21 years in the United States Army as a Combat Medic, and in various healthcare capacities ranging from combat medicine, specialty clinics, and hospital operations.    

      Angus is a Master Resiliency Trainer from the United States Army and the University of Pennsylvania. As a Resiliency Trainer, Angus taught resilience competencies such as Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Optimism, Mental Agility, Strengths of Character and Connection to soldiers, family members, and Department of Army civilians.  His passion for helping others live their best lives led him to pursue a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.      

    Angus’ number one goal in life, both professionally and personally, is to help others who struggle with behavioral and mental health problems. He views himself as a servant-leader who is dedicated to Integrated Interventions’ mission and goals to help produce the best possible outcomes for our students.      

     Angus is the proud father of five children and is husband to his beautiful wife.In his off time Angus enjoys practicing Krav Maga, spending quality time with family, and learning new things.
