JOCELYNN HODGSON

Director of Residential Level of Care

Jocelynn Hodgson is a Program Coordinator in New Braunfels, Texas. She was born in Enid, Oklahoma, but grew up in Central Texas.  She was active in Future Farmers of America (FFA) serving as a delegate and secretary, and she also raised and presented livestock at stock shows where she highly excelled and received generous college scholarships for her efforts.

Jocelynn quickly moved towards higher education and began attending the University of Texas San Antonio, where she studied Psychology and Wellness. She graduated with Cum Laude honors in 2021. She is currently enrolled at Texas A&M San Antonio working towards her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling with an end goal of obtaining her LPC. Jocelynn has always recognized the struggles of mental health and the immediate effect that nurturing, understanding, and compassion can have towards those who need it.

When asked about working in the mental health field, Jocelynn stated, “I would like to help bring awareness to the importance of mental health. I want to help people be able to live to their full potential and believe that they have a place in the world.”

When Jocelynn isn’t spending time with Integrated students or in a classroom, she is with her dog Harley, a Scottish Terrier. She also loves spending time outdoors horseback riding, dirt bike riding, taking ski trips, and traveling around the world. Her adventurous and lively aura has been an invaluable addition to the service we provide to our students.
